\n Ohio State is losing a lot at wide receiver this offseason, but it won\u2019t be losing Jeremiah Smith. <\/p>\n
\n\tAmid speculation that he could be lured to transfer elsewhere, Smith made it clear with a simple tweet Tuesday night that he has\u00a0no plans to leave Ohio State.\n<\/p>\n

\t\u2014 Jeremiah Smith (@Jermiah_Smith1) January 7, 2026<\/a><\/p>\n \n\tThere\u2019s no question that Smith would command multi-million-dollar offers on the open market if he entered the transfer portal, but Smith is already making millions in NIL and revenue sharing at Ohio State, where he\u2019s become one of college football\u2019s biggest superstars by catching 163 passes for 2,558 yards and 27 touchdowns over two seasons.\n<\/p>\n \n\tOhio State will be leaning heavily on Smith to lead its offense next season following the departure of Carnell Tate<\/a>\u00a0for the NFL draft as well as each of Ohio State\u2019s top three backup receivers from this past season \u2013 Quincy Porter, Mylan Graham and Bryson Rodgers \u2013 all entering the transfer portal.\n<\/p>\n \n\tBrandon Inniss is also expected\u00a0to return as a starting receiver from this past season, while incoming five-star freshman Chris Henry Jr. could be a candidate to start immediately as Smith did two years ago. Ohio State is also looking to add at least one wide receiver via the transfer portal.\n<\/p>\n
