DETROIT — The Detroit Tigers continue to stock up on pitchers to bolster the upper ranks of their minor-league system. <\/p>\n
Some of the roughly dozen pitchers signed this winter could ultimately push their way to Detroit. Here\u2019s a look at four more of the new additions:<\/p>\n
Left-hander Enmanuel De Jesus, 29, made his Major League debut with the Miami Marlins in 2023. He\u2019s logged 30 starts in each of the last two seasons in Korea. <\/p>\n
Right-hander Dylan File, 29, has been a part of three organizations and pitched briefly in Korea since being drafted out of Utah Tech by the Milwaukee Brewers in 2017.<\/p>\n
He spent most of 2025 with the Seattle Mariners\u2019 Double-A affiliate in Little Rock, where he posted a 4.74 ERA in 125 innings, striking out 98 and walking 35. <\/p>\n
Right-hander Wandisson Charles, a 29-year-old native of the Dominican Republic, didn\u2019t pitch in the United States in 2025 but his performance in Mexico and Venezuela was enough to get him another opportunity in stateside ball. <\/p>\n
Charles came up in the Athletics\u2019 system and signed with the Baltimore Orioles as a minor-league free agent before the 2023 season.<\/p>\n
In 2024, he went 1-7 with an 8.60 ERA over two levels, with 33 walks and 32 strikeouts in 30 innings. <\/p>\n
His control improved in stints with four teams on the international circuit in 2025. Charles struck out 41 and walked 15 over 39 innings. <\/p>\n
RHP Inohan Paniagua, who turns 26 next month, has logged 345 innings over parts of four seasons at the Class A level for the St. Louis Cardinals, but has yet to get a Double-A opportunity. <\/p>\n
