Solstice, the wellness clinic based in Hamilton, has announced the addition to its team of Dale Thomas, a British and Bermudian-registered clinical and performance psychologist \u2014 just in time for Cup Match and peak summer demand.<\/p>\n
Dr Thomas brings more than a decade of experience supporting Olympic athletes, corporate executives and medical professionals in high-stress environments. His approach blends traditional therapy with coaching psychology and performance science, making him a strategic asset for Bermuda\u2019s business leaders.<\/p>\n
\u201cHis clinical depth, performance insight and passion for holistic mental health will be a tremendous asset,\u201d said managing director Kelly Madeiros.<\/p>\n
Dr Thomas has worked with global teams, including the British Olympic team, ahead of the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, as well as professionals in neurosurgery and finance, focusing on stress management, resilience and emotional regulation.<\/p>\n
His services are expected to benefit high-performing clients across industries seeking mental sharpness and strategic clarity.<\/p>\n
