Serena Williams<\/a> is serving an adorable glimpse at her young family.<\/p>\n

Weeks after her sister Venus Williams<\/a> exchanged vows with actor and producer Andrea Preti, the retired tennis legend shared a heartwarming photo from the special occasion alongside her husband Alexis Ohanian and their daughters Olympia, 8, and Adira, 2.<\/p>\n

\u201cJoy does not always roar sometimes it whispers,\u201d Serena, 44, wrote in a post on Instagram<\/a> Jan. 6. \u201cIt [sic] important to savor those sweet moments\u2026 I love this picture so I wanted to share it with you.\u201d<\/p>\n

But that\u2019s not to say Venus and Andrea\u2019s multi-day celebration<\/a> wasn\u2019t roaring. After all, the festivities leading up to the newlyweds\u2019 Dec. 21 nuptials\u2014which were preceded by a smaller ceremony in Italy in September\u2014included a yacht outing, a boudoir-themed bridal shower and a sports day with family and friends, according to Vogue<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Most importantly, though, the 45-year-old was surrounded by her loved ones as she and her new husband took their romance to the next level.<\/p>\n
