Arsenal plot hijack for West Ham target Breno Bidon<\/p>\n

West Ham could be set to miss out to Arsenal in the race to sign one of the most talented young players on the planet in January.<\/p>\n

According to a report from Leonino.pt<\/a>, Arsenal are keen to sign Breno Bidon either in the January transfer window or the summer.<\/p>\n

His club \u2013 Corinthians \u2013 have slapped a \u00a326 million asking price on Bidon\u2019s head.<\/p>\n

Sporting and Manchester United are believed to be in the race for the silky-skilled South American as well.<\/p>\n

Interestingly, West Ham have been linked with signing Bidon<\/a> since May 2025, with the Brazilian considered to be one of the hottest prospects in the game today.<\/p>\n

This was a deal that West Ham needed to wrap up sooner rather than later, and now Arsenal moving into position to sign him proves exactly why that was the case.<\/p>\n

Breno Bidon a new and improved Jorginho?<\/p>\n

Described by South American football journalist Nathan Joyes<\/a> as \u2018unbelievable\u2019, <\/p>\n

Bidon is a deep-lying central midfielder by trade and he is an absolute dream to watch at his feet.<\/p>\n

He has the ability to control the tempo of games and is very similar to former Arsenal star Jorginho in that respect.<\/p>\n

The Brazilian actually has far more athleticism and dynamism than Jorginho ever did and he offers a lot more mobility as a result.<\/p>\n

Bidon\u2019s technical ability is second to none. He is cool and composed in possession and is not afraid to make line-breaking passes if he has to.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s such a shame that West Ham didn\u2019t move quicker to sign Breno Bidon, with Arsenal now chasing his signature.<\/p>\n

He would have been a transformational signing for the Hammers but it seems like there\u2019s little chance of him ending up at the London Stadium now.<\/p>\n
