Did you get married? I am so happy that you are happy,\u201d a fan wrote in the comments. \u201cAnd how have you kept the weight off over your recovery?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Quickly shutting the rumors down, Kate\u2014who shares 25-year-old twins Mady\u00a0and Cara and sextuplets Alexis, Joel, Leah, Aadan, Hannah\u00a0and Collin, all 21, with ex Jon Gosselin\u2014replied to the user, \u201cNo lol that\u2019s just my regular jewelry.
