Boston\u2019s Phantom BC faced off against Hull\u2019s Rose BC during the preseason.<\/p>\n<p>Talking to Candace Parker on their \u201cPost Moves\u201d podcast on Thursday, Boston talked about how Hull reacted after she \u201cran through her\u201d while fighting over a screen.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt was actually kind of funny, there was one possession where she set a screen on me and I was like fighting to get over the top and I did like run through her,\u201d Boston said.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>View this post on Instagram<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\n                    Expand Post\n                <\/p>\n<p> Boston continued, sharing Lexie Hull\u2019s reaction to the play the following day:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe next day, she was like, \u2018are you kidding me?\u2019 She\u2019s like, \u2018why did you run me over?\u2019 I was like, \u2018I had to get over,\u2019 She was like, \u2018Aliyah but you weren\u2019t getting over, you just decided you were going to run through.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Aliyah Boston and Lexie Hull played key roles on the Indiana Fever last season, helping the team reach Game Five of the WNBA semifinals.<\/p>\n<p>Boston started all 44 games, averaging 15.0 points, 8.2 rebounds and 3.7 assists per game. She also earned All-WNBA and All-Defensive Second Team honors.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Hull averaged 7.2 ppg and 4.3 rpg, endearing herself to the Fever fans with her grit and hustle. The team was one win away from reaching the WNBA Finals before being eliminated by the Las Vegas Aces.<\/p>\n<p>A closer look at Lexie Hull and Aliyah Boston\u2019s start to Unrivaled 2026<\/p>\n<p>Lexie Hull and Aliyah Boston started off the 2026 Unrivaled season on Monday with the Rose BC and Phantom BC, respectively.<\/p>\n<p>Hull\u2019s team, who won the title last season, opened with a win, taking down Napheesa Collier\u2019s Lunar Owls 80-62. She was solid in her first game of the year, finishing with seven points, four rebounds and two steals in the win, shooting 3-for-8.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Boston\u2019s team started the season with a 69-62 loss to Paige Bueckers\u2019 Breeze BC. Despite the loss, the three-time All-Star had a solid game, finishing with 18 points, seven rebounds and three assists.<\/p>\n<p>Hull and the Rose BC will return to action on Friday when they take on Erica Wheeler and the Vinyl BC.
