All of us here at Bloody Disgusting are sad to learn that T.K. Carter has passed away at the age of 69. Here in the horror world, Carter is best known for playing the character Nauls in John Carpenter\u2019s The Thing, which most fans agree is one of the best horror films of all time.<\/p>\n
T.K. Carter\u2019s 60+ film and television credits date back to 1976 and include the sitcom \u201cGood Morning, Miss Bliss,\u201d which was later retooled as the iconic series \u201cSaved by the Bell,\u201d as well as Space Jam, \u201cPunky Brewster,\u201d Ski Patrol, and the late Tony Scott\u2019s Domino.<\/p>\n
Carter made his debut on the small screen in the television series \u201cPolice Woman\u201d back in 1976, later appearing in countless popular television shows including \u201cGood Times,\u201d \u201cThe Waltons,\u201d \u201cThe Jeffersons,\u201d \u201cJust Our Luck,\u201d \u201cJem,\u201d \u201cFamily Matters,\u201d \u201cA Different World,\u201d \u201cThe Sinbad Show,\u201d \u201cMoesha,\u201d \u201cThe Nanny,\u201d \u201cNYPD Blue,\u201d and \u201cEverybody Hates Chris.\u201d<\/p>\n
In the world of film, T.K. Carter appeared in Youngblood, The Hollywood Knights, Underground Aces, Southern Comfort, Runaway Train, He\u2019s My Girl, A Rage in Harlem, My Favorite Martian, Baadasssss!, and more recently, The Way Back in 2020 and Fake Friends in 2022.
