Washington Street on Feb. 1. An office warming and ribbon cutting will be held Feb. 10 to celebrate.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe look forward to contributing to the local business ecosystem and being part of Alexandria\u2019s thriving professional community,\u201d Charlotte Huger, the firm\u2019s chief operating officer, told ALXnow in an email.<\/p>\n<p>Huger and Alexandria native Nazzareno \u201cNazz\u201d Spurio <a href=\"https:\/\/alexandrialivingmagazine.com\/news\/local-spotlight-building-a-financial-foundation-with-pillar-\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">founded the company<\/a> last year with a focus on \u201cgoal-based comprehensive planning, tax planning strategies, estate planning, insurance protection analysis and asset management,\u201d according to the company website.<\/p>\n<p>Pillar Wealth <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/pillar-wealth-partners\/posts\/?feedView=all\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">announced<\/a> the move two weeks ago on LinkedIn. The firm\u2019s Tysons Corner office at 8251 Greensboro Drive will remain open, but Alexandria will serve as its \u201chome base,\u201d it wrote.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe new space gives us room to grow, host client events, and continue raising the bar on the planning experience we deliver \u2014 all while staying deeply connected to the community,\u201d Pillar wrote. \u201cFrom Alexandria to Tysons, the Pillar community is growing \u2014 and we couldn\u2019t be more excited to welcome you into our new home.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Pillar Wealth team is not the only group with its eyes on the Atrium. In June, D.C. Italian restaurant Floriana <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alxnow.com\/2025\/12\/04\/wbj-longtime-d-c-italian-restaurant-is-coming-to-old-town\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">intends to open<\/a> there on the ground floor.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"A financial planning firm headquartered in Tysons Corner will soon be relocating to Old Town.
