Actor Daniel Stern is expected to be arraigned Tuesday on a charge of soliciting a prostitute. The \u201cHome Alone\u201d star was cited in December after allegedly attempting to hire an escort, according to TMZ. <\/a><\/p>\n

The Ventura County District Attorney received the case Friday for review, and quickly decided to bring criminal charges against Stern, TMZ reports.<\/a> The incident took place on Dec. 10 at a hotel in Camarillo, California. <\/p>\n

Stern, 68, is not expected to appear in court Tuesday, but his attorney will likely appear on his behalf. <\/p>\n

Stern is known for his role as Marv in the first two \u201cHome Alone\u201d films.
