A recall has been issued for a dietary supplement after regulatory testing of the products detected undeclared ingredients.<\/p>\n
The Food and Drug Administration stated in\u00a0a Jan. 9 recall notice<\/a>\u00a0that the Modern Warrior Ready product contains undeclared ingredients including tianeptine, 1,4-DMAA, and aniracetam.<\/p>\n RELATED:\u00a0BBB LipoMax warning: AI videos helping promote weight loss products<\/a><\/p>\n FDA officials explain that tianeptine can cause “life-threatening events” like “suicidal ideation” or behavior in children, adolescents, and adults 25 years old and younger. In addition, overdose can cause potentially life-threatening risks including confusion, seizures, drowsiness, dry mouth, and shortness of breath.<\/p>\n Additionally, the use of 1,4-DMAA can raise blood pressure and might lead to cardiovascular issues, like heart attack, shortness of breath and tightening of the chest.<\/p>\n Which dietary supplement is being recalled? <\/p>\n Why you should care:<\/p>\n Modern Warrior<\/a> conducted a voluntary recall of its “Body Repair Plan” supplement. It\u2019s sold in a black plastic supplement bottle with a black screw-top lid sealed with black and gold shrink wrap and contains the words “READY” followed by the phrase “Mental Clarity.”\u00a0<\/p>\n The supplement was distributed<\/a> to consumers across the country between April 2022 and December 8, 2025, and the product was available to buy online.<\/p>\n If I have the supplement, what should I do with it? <\/p>\n What you can do:<\/p>\n Consumers who purchased the Modern Warrior Ready dietary supplement should stop using the product.<\/p>\n The Source: Information for this story was provided by a Food and Drug Administration recall letter.
