Vanessa Williams, 62, opened up about using a GLP-1 in a new Hello! interview.<\/p>\n
She said taking Mounjaro has been “a game-changer” for her.<\/p>\n
“My 50s were hard. I started perimenopause in my late forties but suddenly, at 51, it\u2019s crazy how your body changes,” she shared.<\/p>\n
Vanessa Williams revealed why taking a GLP-1<\/a> has been “a game-changer” as she enters her 60s.<\/p>\n In a new interview with Hello!<\/a>, the model and actress, 62, shared that she’s been on Mounjaro<\/a> for the past two years after she noticed changes in her body.<\/p>\n Getty Images<\/p>\n Vanessa Williams on October 26, 2025.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s a game\u2011changer,\u201d Williams said. \u201cWhen I turned 60, I was like: \u2018I want to be here for a long time, and I want to look my best. So what am I going to do?\u2019”<\/p>\n “My 50s were hard. I started perimenopause in my late forties but suddenly, at 51, it\u2019s crazy how your body changes,” she added. “You feel out of control because you\u2019re working out the same way, eating the same, and your body is not reacting the way it used to.”<\/p>\n Williams also said that she’s started up hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and NAD+ injections, which are thought to be an anti-aging treatment.<\/p>\n Getty Images<\/p>\n Vanessa Williams on February 21, 2025.<\/p>\n “Science is amazing,” the former Miss America\u00a0shared. “I’m like: ‘What’s next?
