Days after Parker was honored by the Golden Globe Foundation with the Carol Burnett award<\/a>, Noth<\/a> shared a photo on Instagram of himself working out in the gym, sitting on a bench press while holding two dumbbell weights. <\/p>\n \u201cF&@k new years – LETS GO!!!!\u201d he captioned the post. Underneath, one fan commented, \u201cYou mean f*** SJP & her award right? Big was also briefly brought back for the HBO sequel series, And Just Like That\u2026<\/p>\n However, in December 2021, Noth was accused of sexual assault by two women<\/a>. The alleged incidents are said to have occurred in 2004 and 2015, respectively, and were made public after the actor returned to the spotlight with And Just Like That.<\/p>\n In response to the claims, Noth told The Independent at the time: \u201cThe accusations against me made by individuals I met years, even decades, ago are categorically false. These stories could\u2019ve been from 30 years ago or 30 days ago \u2013 no always means no \u2013 that is a line I did not cross.<\/p>\n \u201cThe encounters were consensual. It\u2019s difficult not to question the timing of these stories coming out. I don\u2019t know for certain why they are surfacing now, but I do know this: I did not assault these women.\u201d<\/p>\n After Noth\u2019s character was killed off in the first episode of the sequel, Parker and the rest of the cast released a statement, claiming they stood by the women and their claims against Noth. <\/p>\n \u201cWe are deeply saddened to hear the allegations against Chris Noth,\u201d read the statement posted to Instagram and signed by Parker and her co-stars Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis. \u201cWe support the women who have come forward and shared their painful experiences.
