Federal officials said he acted in self-defense.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Multiple videos shared from the scene, including a cellphone video that appears to show the tense moments leading up to the shooting, have garnered mixed reactions.<\/p>\n<p>A released video appears to show the moments leading up to a deadly shooting that occurred in Minnesota involving an ICE officer.
