Child No. 3: Son Theo<\/p>\n

In December 2021, it was brought to light that\u00a0Maralee Nichols\u00a0had\u00a0sued Tristan<\/a>\u00a0the previous June for pregnancy\u00a0and birth expenses following a sexual encounter on his 30th birthday the previous March. She stated in her filing that she is pregnant with a baby boy and that\u00a0Tristan is the father.<\/p>\n

In his own filing, Tristan confirmed the two were intimate<\/a> around the time in question\u00a0and requested a paternity test.\u00a0Maralee gave birth to the child<\/a>, Theo, in December,\u00a0and\u00a0said in a statement to E! News<\/a> that she had met the NBA star in 2020 and that he had told her\u00a0“he was single and co-parenting.”<\/p>\n

In January 2022, Tristan announced on Instagram<\/a> that “paternity test results reveal that I fathered a child with\u00a0Maralee Nichols,” and added, “Khloe, you don’t deserve this. You don’t deserve the heartache and humiliation I have caused you. You don’t deserve the way I have treated you over the years. My actions certainly have not lined up with the way I view you.”<\/p>\n

In his statement, Tristan also said he looked forward to “amicably raising” his son with Maralee. In February 2022, her rep told E! News<\/a>\u00a0that the NBA star\u00a0has not made any attempt” to meet\u00a0the child.\u00a0Tristan\u00a0has not commented.<\/p>\n
