Former LSU gymnast Olivia Dunne<\/a> might not become the next Paige Spiranac<\/a>, but make no mistake, she has the golf<\/a> community buzzing this week.<\/p>\n

Dunne, 23, became a household name at LSU due to her gymnastics career and her social media brand. She currently has over 13.2 million followers across Instagram and TikTok, which is a big reason why brands like Vuori are more than happy to work with her.<\/p>\n

With that said, Dunne seems to be taking a break from her usual activities so she can work on her golf swing. Claire Rogers of GOLF.com shared a video of Dunne’s swing<\/a> on social media this week.<\/p>\n

In just 24 hours, the video of Dunne’s golf swing received over 564,000 views and countless comments.<\/p>\n

“Her current swing is all over the place, but shes a natural athlete and even with whacking the ground (what looks like maybe 1\/2 a foot before the ball…) she got some distance on that one,” one fan replied.<\/p>\n

“Don\u2019t do it Livvy. Nobody gets good at golf, they get better until it drives them insane,” a second fan commented.<\/p>\n

“I mean, she\u2019s a top athlete in her respective sport so yes she can get good. But she cannot get to a pro level in golf,” another fan said.<\/p>\n

“Great speed. Just needs control,” a social media user said.<\/p>\n

What’s next for Livvy Dunne?<\/p>\n

Dunne previously told Maxim that she doesn’t want to be considered an \u201cinfluencer.\u201d Her preference is to be referred to as a former athlete and model. She’ll definitely get her wish considering she has been featured in every issue of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit for the past three years.<\/p>\n
