He’s a modern-day four-man who is capable of stretching the floor, while still able to rebound and provide some interior defense inside.

There’s been an update in Foster’s recruitment via Sam Lance of ZagsBlog. Four team options have emerged, with visits reportedly scheduled to take place soon. Here’s a closer look at how Foster would fit with each of them.

Maryland Terrapins

New HC Buzz Williams landed several senior frontcourt players from the portal this offseason, including Solomon Washington and Elijah Saunders. With them leaving, Maryland could offer Foster playing time early on in his freshman year. Additionally, he aligns with the new scheme and system at Maryland, allowing him to stay close to home for his college career.

Mississippi State Bulldogs

It took a while this offseason, but Miss State was able to find some frontcourt depth with transfer additions, Achor Achor and Brandon Walker. Both will be gone after next year, and there’s a clear pathway for Foster to get a premium role early for the SEC program.

OK State Cowboys

The Cowboys landed a bunch of perimeter players this offseason, but didn’t add too much in the frontcourt outside of former Oregon State transfer center Parsa Fallah. The team returns Robert Jennings for his senior season and also has a pair of incoming freshmen (Makhi Ragland and Lefteris Mantzoukas). However, Foster would still have a good chance at immediate minutes for the Big 12 program.

Villanova Wildcats

New Coach Kevin Willard landed several guards in his first offseason at Villanova. Still, there’s not much frontcourt depth outside of Maryland senior transfer Tafara Gapare and redshirt freshman Matthew Hodge. What’s interesting here is that Foster could arguably receive a lot of minutes at the four-spot next year if he were in the 2025 class and would be a year from now, too.

One of the top prospects from the DMV area in the 2026 college basketball recruiting class is Chase…

[68
402,398,400,401,99
0":"post-41276","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-ncaa-basketball","8":"tag-basketball","9":"tag-ncaa","10":"tag-ncaa-basketball","11":"tag-ncaabasketball","12":"tag-sports
["GET
