A new indoor golf facility is celebrating its grand opening in Morristown with a ribbon cutting ceremony scheduled for later this month. <\/p>\n
The Morristown Indoor Golf Club<\/a> at 48 Bank St. opened in November. The ceremony is scheduled for Jan. 29 at 1 p.m.<\/p>\n It\u2019s the third location for owner Jimmy Vukanovich, a Morris County resident who transformed a favorite hobby into a growing business.<\/p>\n Vukanovich said he started playing golf in earnest during COVID-19 and was playing better than expected. <\/p>\n He qualified to play in the New Jersey State Mid-Amateur in 2022, a tournament for golfers 25 and older.<\/p>\n \u201cI realized that if I wanted to play competitively, I shouldn\u2019t stop playing during cold months,\u201d Vukanovich said. <\/p>\n In November 2023, Vukanovich opened Montclair Indoor Golf Club<\/a>, followed by a location in Millburn in September 2024. <\/p>\n The 3,000-square-foot Morristown facility features a putting green and three bays with Trackman<\/a> simulators. <\/p>\n The club is open 24 hours a day for members, while non-member tee times are available from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.<\/p>\n The most popular membership options<\/a> include unlimited weekdays and a weekend option that offers two hours per month on weekends. <\/p>\n
