Kutcher plays Byron Forst<\/a>, a tech billionaire tied to \u201cthe Beauty,\u201d a sexually transmitted treatment that grants users beauty but unfortunately has some rather nasty side effects.<\/p>\nAshton Kutcher says it was \u201creally fun\u201d to play a bad guy in \u201cThe Beauty.\u201d Page Six<\/p>\n
The actor plays a nefarious tech billionaire involved in a creepy treatment that bestows beauty on its users. FX<\/p>\n
\u201cI learned a long time ago you can\u2019t judge your character and so you have to figure out how to justify why that person\u2019s doing what they\u2019re doing,\u201d the \u201cThat \u201970s Show\u201d star explained about Forst\u2019s nefarious nature.<\/p>\n
\u201cAnd the sort of psychological challenge of figuring out how to justify these behaviors was a really fun thing to do.\u201d<\/p>\n
The \u201cTwo and a Half Men\u201d star, 47, went on to note that his character is like many immoral people.<\/p>\n
Kutcher says he learned a long time ago that you can\u2019t \u201d judge your character.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cLike, he\u2019s doing these things, but you can tell that he doesn\u2019t even think that there\u2019s anything wrong with them,\u201d he explained, \u201cwhich is [like] most people who do horrible things, [they] probably have that sensibility.\u201d<\/p>\n
Kutcher, who got his start as a model, noted that society\u2019s obsession with appearances and cosmetic surgery has changed dramatically in the last few years.<\/p>\n
\u201cNow you have, like Sephora and Ulta targeting teenagers and kids who have perfect skin but want to look \u2026 and I think that\u2019s our world, right?\u201d he opined.<\/p>\n

He also bemoaned the negative influence of social media on today\u2019s society, saying, \u201cI think everyone\u2019s living online and everyone\u2019s living in public and everyone\u2019s taking judgment from people that don\u2019t even know them, don\u2019t know what they\u2019re going through, don\u2019t know what they\u2019re thinking.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt\u2019s like going to junior high school, never leaving,\u201d he added. \u201cI think it\u2019s a lot more attention on it today than deserving.\u201d<\/p>\n
