Starring Ranveer Singh<\/a>, Akshaye Khanna, Arjun Rampal, Sara Arjun<\/a>, Rakesh Bedi, R Madhavan, and more, \u2018Dhurandhar\u2019, even after a month of its release, has been hogging headlines. While the audience is still not over the first part, the sequel to \u2018Dhurandhar\u2019 is ready to knock on theatre doors in March 2026. Ahead of the same, the anticipation has skyrocketed, and according to actress Sara Arjun, the upcoming sequel will go above and beyond the fans\u2019 expectations. <\/p>\n

Sara Arjun opens up about \u2018Dhurandhar 2\u2019<\/p>\n

The 20-year-old Sara Arjun played the character of Yalina Jamali, opposite Ranveer Singh\u2019s Hamza. Speaking about the sequel, the actress shared, “The audiences have high expectations already after part one, but you can just expect a lot more of everything that you loved already in part one, be it action, be it the story, everything.\u201d <\/p>\n

\u201cThere’s a lot more of all that coming in part two,” added Sara, who played the character of a very headstrong female lead. She was seen as the daughter of Pakistani politician Jameel Jamali, played by Rakesh Bedi.Sara, who is not new to the screen, as she has done multiple projects as a child actor, didn\u2019t want to enter the movie without thorough preparation. She did multiple workshots and discussed her character with Aditya Dhar to do justice to the role. “I really like how she just thinks with her heart. This is a girl who is very strong, and at the same time, she is so smitten, and she is following her heart. You will see Yalina’s true strength… The actual scope of my character is in part two, mostly… We had a lot of discussion initially, before starting on,\u201d she mentioned.She added, “We kept throwing ideas on how she would be as a person. We wanted to show that she’s a very happy and bright soul, and then, eventually, the course that follows and her journey through the film, the pain will be more justified later on… In general, Yalina is a bit similar to who I am. So, I held on to those (similarities).\u201dShe expressed that all characters \u201cshould matter to the story and not be just a prop. I look at that as their minimum, to be honest.”<\/p>\n

\u2018Dhurandhar Part 2\u2019 <\/p>\n

In the end credits, Aditya Dhar gave a glimpse of what\u2019s next for the \u2018Dhurandhar\u2019 universe.
