The proposal is looking to replace an over-century-old group living housing with 45 apartments, including seven affordable units. The complex will feature 44 three-bedroom apartments and a one-bedroom manager\u2019s unit. The applicant invokes Senate Bill 330 and the State Density Bonus Law to streamline the approval process and increase residential capacity above base zoning. The site is a few blocks away from the <a href=\"https:\/\/sfyimby.com\/category\/uc-berkeley\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">UC Berkeley<\/a> Campus. The property owner is listed as two Redwood City-based individuals.
