\npleased to announce that Real Estate attorney Kevin Patrick Murphy<\/a> has joined the
\nfirm\u2019s Cleveland, Ohio, office as Of Counsel. Kevin brings
\nmore than 20 years of experience representing public and private
\ncompanies on major real estate transactions, including joint
\nventures, acquisitions, dispositions, construction, development,
\nfinancing, leasing, zoning and entitlements.<\/p>\n

Kevin also advises clients in connection with the development of
\nmajor real estate developments requiring public and private sector
\ncollaboration, including the creation of tax increment financing
\ndistricts, community redevelopment areas and special improvement
\ndistricts. He brings a unique understanding of the public and
\nprivate sectors derived from years of professional experience in
\ngovernment, real estate and finance, including time spent at Calfee
\nas an associate attorney early in his career.<\/p>\n

Kevin earned his J.D. degrees from Case Western Reserve
\nUniversity School of Law and Trinity College School of Law and his
\nB.A. from Miami University.<\/p>\n
