Goodwin has advised Morrison on its investment in and launch of
\nFillex, a new US-based pharmacy logistics platform providing
\ncentralized, automated prescription fulfillment services to retail
\npharmacies, grocery chains, e-commerce providers, and health
\nsystems. The investment was made through Morrison Value Add II, the
\nfirm’s global middle-market infrastructure fund focused on
\nhigh-growth opportunities. Fillex aims to modernize pharmacy
\noperations nationwide by leveraging automation and infrastructure
\nto increase efficiency and improve access to care.<\/p>\n
