\n\tCBS<\/a> is renewing 10 current series for the 2026-2027 broadcast season. <\/p>\n

\n\tThe renewed shows are: \u201cTracker<\/a>\u201d (renewed for Season 4), \u201cGeorgie & Mandy\u2019s First Marriage\u201d (renewed for Season 3), \u201cMatlock<\/a>\u201d (renewed for Season 3), \u201cElsbeth<\/a>\u201d (renewed for Season 4), \u201cFire Country\u201d (renewed for Season 5), \u201cNCIS<\/a>\u201d (renewed for Season 24), \u201cNCIS: Origins\u201d (renewed for Season 3), \u201cNCIS: Sydney\u201d (renewed for Season 4), \u201cSurvivor\u201d (renewed for Season 51 ahead of Season 50 premiere), and \u201cThe Amazing Race\u201d (renewed for Season 39). <\/p>\n

\n\tThis brings the total number of CBS series ordered for the 2026-2027 season to 16. These renewals join CBS\u2019 previous new season pickups for the \u201cBlue Bloods\u201d spinoff \u201cBoston Blue,\u201d the \u201cFire Country\u201d spinoff \u201cSheriff Country,\u201d the Dick Wolf procedural \u201cFBI,\u201d and the hit ensemble comedy \u201cGhosts,\u201d which was renewed for through Season 6<\/a> last year. <\/p>\n

\n\tCBS also has the new legal drama \u201cCupertino\u201d<\/a> starring Mike Colter and hailing from Robert & Michelle King on deck for next season, while \u201cCriminal Minds\u201d alum Matthew Gray Gubler will star in the procedural series \u201cEinstein\u201d next season as well. The latter show was meant to debut during the 2025-2026 season, but was delayed to 2026-2027 back in April 2025<\/a>. <\/p>\n

\n\tWith these renewals, the only ongoing CBS shows awaiting word on new seasons are the medical drama \u201cWatson\u201d starring Morris Chestnut and the single-cam freshman comedy \u201cDMV.\u201d As previously reported, the multi-cam comedy \u201cThe Neighborhood\u201d is ending after its current season<\/a>. More orders and renewals are anticipated to come at a later date. <\/p>\n

\n\tThe new \u201cFBI\u201d series, \u201cCIA,\u201d is due to premiere Feb. 23, while the \u201cYellowstone\u201d spinoff \u201cMarshals\u201d starring Luke Grimes hits screens on March 1. <\/p>\n

\n\tCBS is also prepping two comedy pilots for possible contention next season \u2014 the vampire comedy \u201cEternally Yours\u201d<\/a> from the duo behind \u201cGhosts,\u201d and the period comedy \u201cRegency\u201d<\/a> from Tara Hernandez. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"CBS is renewing 10 current series for the 2026-2027 broadcast season.
