\narticles written by our experts have been nominated for the 2026
\nAntitrust Writing Awards in the General Economics category.<\/p>\n

The first article, “Lessons in Evaluation: Shaping Successful Policy,
\nBusiness Decisions, and Legal Outcomes<\/a>” by Senior Managing
\nDirector Daniel Hanson, Consultant Kajal Kumar, Analyst Margot
\nCintract, and Affiliated Consultant Francis Ostermeijer, examines
\nhow evaluation techniques can support policymakers, courts, and
\nbusinesses in navigating complex decisions. The authors offer
\nguidance on choosing credible methods and avoiding common pitfalls
