Lewis Brisbois is pleased to welcome Teresa M. Cinnamond to its
\nDenver office as a partner in the firm\u2019s General Liability
\nand Professional Liability practices. For more than 30 years, Ms.
\nCinnamond has successfully defended clients of all sizes against a
\nvariety of liability claims including construction site accidents,
\nprofessional negligence, defamation, and others.<\/p>\n

With extensive experience and a strong track record of success
\nat all stages of litigation, she consistently achieves
\nclients\u2019 legal and business objectives in complex and
\nhigh-exposure matters. Ms. Cinnamond relocated to Colorado after
\nspending more than 25 years practicing in state and federal courts
\nthroughout New York and New Jersey, and in other jurisdictions on a
\npro hac vice basis. She joins the firm from Kennedys.<\/p>\n

In discussing her decision to join Lewis Brisbois, Ms. Cinnamond
\nexplained, \u201cI am thrilled to have joined Lewis
\nBrisbois\u2019 talented team in the Mile High City. Colorado is a
\nstate that provides businesses and attorneys with significant
\nopportunities for growth, particularly in the construction and
\nliability arenas. Lewis Brisbois\u2019 deep bench and national
\nplatform also appealed to me. In fact, I am currently defending a
\ndefamation case in federal court in Washington, D.C. and look
\nforward to continuing to work with clients and colleagues across
\nthe country. I became a lawyer to be an advocate, and joining Lewis
\nBrisbois will allow me to continue to do just that.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ms. Cinnamond earned her law degree, with honors, from the
\nMaurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and her
\nundergraduate degree, cum laude, from the University of Richmond.
\nShe is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in
\nColorado, New York, and New Jersey as well as before the U.S.
