The Seahawks activated running back George Holani and rookie tight end Elijah Arroyo from injured reserve ahead of Sunday’s NFC championship game against the Rams.<\/p>\n
Running back Zach Charbonnet and guard Bryce Cabeldue were placed on injured reserve to make room on the 53-man roster.<\/p>\n
Holani, who was placed on injured reserve in late November with a hamstring injury, returns to give the Seahawks needed depth at running back after Charbonnet suffered a season-ending knee injury in Seattle’s divisional round victory over the 49ers. Prior to his injury, Holani had 22 rushes for 73 yards and a touchdown while also playing a big role on special teams.<\/p>\n
Arroyo, a second-round pick out of Miami in the 2025 draft, missed the final four games of the regular season and last weekend’s playoff game on injured reserve due to a knee injury. In 13 games, Arroyo had 15 catches for 179 yards and one touchdown.<\/p>\n
