In partnership with Fermanagh and Omagh District Council\u2019s Labour Market Partnership, Fastrack into Information Technology (FIT) is now accepting applications for a fully funded Digital Skills Training Programme. Designed especially for beginners, this programme equips you with the essential digital skills needed to succeed in today\u2019s fast-changing job market.<\/p>\n
Funded by the Department for Communities, Labour Market Partnerships create targeted employment action plans for council areas, allowing for collaboration at local and regional level to support people towards and into work.<\/p>\n
If you live in the Fermanagh and Omagh District Council area and are currently unemployed, looking to re-enter the workforce, or simply want to build your digital confidence \u2014 this Academy is your perfect first step. No prior experience needed \u2014 just a willingness to learn!<\/p>\n
Gain practical, hands-on training in key digital areas, including:
\u00b7 Microsoft Office Essentials \u2013 Build confidence using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
\u00b7 Introduction to Artificial Intelligence (AI) \u2013 Understand how AI is shaping modern workplaces
\u00b7 Digital Safety & Cybersecurity \u2013 Learn how to stay safe online
\u00b7 Remote & Hybrid Working Tools \u2013 Get comfortable using Microsoft Teams and Zoom
\u00b7 Personal Branding & Career Skills \u2013 Improve your confidence, communication, and job-readiness<\/p>\n
Participants will also benefit from personalised career support, including one-to-one mentoring, employability workshops, and direct pathways to digital employment opportunities.<\/p>\n
