Taft attorney Bryar Brandvold was recently accepted into Class
\n28 of the Cincinnati Academy of Leadership for Lawyers (CALL).
\nDeveloped in 1996, CALL is an innovative program that promotes and
\nencourages leadership and professionalism among practicing lawyers
\nin the Greater Cincinnati area. CALL aspires to build a core of
\npracticing attorneys in Greater Cincinnati who will lead the
\ncommunity ethically, professionally and with high regard for
\ncommunity service.<\/p>\n

Brandvold regularly counsels public companies on a variety of
\nequity, equity-linked, and debt offerings, and he has substantial
\nexperience in mergers and acquisitions transactions involving
\npublic and private company targets for public company and private
\nequity sponsored acquirors. His practice also includes matters
\nrelating to Securities and Exchange Commission reporting, corporate
\ngovernance and complex commercial transactions and joint ventures.
