Meister Seelig & Fein advised Serverfarm, a global data
\ncenter developer and operator, on the closing of a $3.0 billion
\nsenior secured revolving credit facility to support the continued
\ndevelopment, expansion, and operation of its North American
\ndata-center portfolio.<\/p>\n

The financing provides flexible working capital and capital
\nexpenditure funding for a diversified portfolio of existing and
\ndevelopment-stage data center assets across the United States and
\nCanada. The facility is secured by a portfolio of existing data
\ncenter properties \u201cDevco\u201d, with the ability to add
\nincremental facilities. The structure supports Serverfarm\u2019s
\nlong-term development strategy while maintaining flexibility as
\nassets progress through acquisition & development, lease-up,
