The food I eat should serve a purpose. When you&#8217;re a desk jockey like me, it&#8217;s very easy to turn towards mindless snacking. Focusing on the reasons for food can help curb that.<\/p>\n<p>Also, I am sure it helps that these players have a whole team of people making food for them and monitoring their diets.
