In the three weeks since the WNBA and its players let their CBA deadline pass, ushering in a period called \u201cstatus quo\u201d<\/a> in negotiations, the \u201cstalemate\u201d between the two sides \u201chas continued,\u201d according to Philippou, Voepel, Barnes & Andrews of ESPN.com.
