This\u00a0academic year,\u00a0two\u00a0Georgia\u00a0Tech\u00a0students\u00a0and alumni\u00a0were selected for Fulbright U.S. Student Program awards, and two were\u00a0named as alternates.\u00a0Among\u00a0this year\u2019s\u00a0recipients\u00a0is\u00a0alumna Nethra Rammohan,\u00a0who\u00a0serves as an\u00a0English\u00a0teaching assistant at\u00a0a preparatory high school in Zurich, Switzerland.\u00a0Rammohan, who earned a Bachelor of Science in Literature, Media, and Communication in 2021, credits Georgia Tech\u2019s Prestigious Fellowships Advising team\u00a0for guiding her through the application process.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cNot only does Fulbright provide students a way to conduct research, study, or gain valuable teaching experience,\u201d Brunner said,\u00a0\u201cbut the program also offers a unique chance to\u00a0engage and immerse\u00a0in other cultures and communities.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n
To expand access and encourage more student participation, Georgia Tech\u00a0launched\u00a0a\u00a0summer\u00a0Fulbright Application Boot Camp, contributing\u00a0to an increase in applications for the 2025-26\u00a0cycle and\u00a0even greater\u00a0growth\u00a0for 2026-27.\u00a0<\/p>\n
