Ward said that Daboll \u201cis going to let me know the real\u201d whether it is positive or negative and that he\u2019ll welcome hearing tough things because it will help him get to where he wants to go in the NFL. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cI like that he is <a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tennesseetitans.com\/news\/titans-qb-cam-ward-excited-about-recent-coaching-hires-even-if-it-means-he-ll-get-more-tough-love\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">a fiery coach<\/a>,\u201d Ward said, via the team\u2019s website. \u201cHe is going to get on my ass when he needs to, and he is going to hold me to a high standard.
