On Wednesday, Rams General Manager Les Snead reiterated that L.A. is going to give Stafford the space to determine his future. <\/p>\n<p>\u201c<a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/LATimesklein\/status\/2019150063919067426?s=20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">We\u2019re going to let Matthew decide<\/a>,\u201d Snead said, via Gary Klein of the L.A. Times. \u201cI think we\u2019ve had productive conversations with him, so we\u2019re going to give him his space, right, to let\u2019s call it recover, rejuvenate and then determine, \u2018Hey, do we want to get back on this horse again?\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p>But beyond that, Snead realizes that the window is closing on Stafford\u2019s career, and it sounds like that will affect the way the Rams will approach the offseason.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf Matthew decides to come back, there will be an element [of] &#8230; let\u2019s definitely make the most of the time <a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/AdamGrosbard\/status\/2019143750174535850?s=20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">we have with Matthew<\/a>,\u201d Snead said, via Adam Grosbard of the L.A. Daily News. \u201cThe type of season that he showed he had, there\u2019s only so many of those left.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Rams famously turned in an \u201cF\u2014 them picks\u201d mentality into a victory in Super Bowl LVI.
