According to Cory Hays of BodySlam.net<\/a>, WWE ran the mysterious Rumble ambush on Breakker because they expect Rollins to return from his shoulder injury<\/a> before WrestleMania 42.<\/p>\n \u201cWWE expects Rollins back before WrestleMania, which is why they ran the angle,\u201d Hays reported on February 4, 2026.<\/p>\n The masked man\u2014who delivered a curb stomp to Breakker before tossing him into the ring for a quick elimination<\/a>\u2014has led to widespread speculation ever since the January 31 Premium Live Event. Breakker entered at #2, only to be ambushed and dumped out moments later by Oba Femi after the surprise attack.<\/p>\n The fallout carried into the February 2 episode of WWE RAW, where Breakker kicked off the show in a full-blown meltdown.
