\u201cBringing this program back is about creating real opportunities,\u201d said Eric Bennett, Director of Membership at USA Cycling. \u201cCollegiate athletes are already performing at a high level, and the All-Star Program helps connect collegiate racing to elite competition through meaningful, high visibility events where development happens.\u201d<\/p>\n
