Margot Robbie<\/a> continues to captivate on the red carpet for Wuthering Heights, her latest film inspired by Emily Bront\u00eb’s haunting 1847 Gothic romance, with looks that subtly channel the novel’s dark, romantic<\/a> tone.<\/p>\n

According to Page Six<\/a>, arriving at the U.K. premiere, Robbie stunned in a Dilara Findikoglu sheer silk chiffon dress, complete with a structured bodice and intricate golden braids woven across the gown. However, it was the small accessory on Robbie’s wrist that had everyone talking.<\/p>\n

Robbie was photographed wearing a replica mourning bracelet, one that looked exactly like the one once owned by Charlotte Bront\u00eb, Emily’s sister<\/a>, crafted from the hair of both Emily and Anne Bront\u00eb. Its intricate braids encircle an amethyst set in a gold clasp, with another stone delicately suspended below.<\/p>\n

Sisters Emily and Anne died just six months apart\u2014Emily in December<\/a> 1848 and Anne in May 1849\u2014and Charlotte had the mourning bracelet made, reportedly wearing it every day as a keepsake for her lost siblings.<\/p>\n

According to a press release about the history of the mourning bracelet: “During the Victorian era hair jewellery was fashionable and widely worn, it was also common practice to make mourning jewellery incorporating the hair of a deceased relative. The bracelet is made of a wide band of braided hair with a gold clasp set with garnets and has been owned by the [Bront\u00eb Parsonage] Museum since 1923.”<\/p>\n

Robbie has made a habit of turning heads with eye-catching, conversation-starting accessories while promoting her latest film. At the Los Angeles premiere of Emerald Fennell’s film, Robbie wore an $8.8 million heart-shaped necklace that once belonged to legendary actress Elizabeth Taylor.<\/p>\n

According to Vogue<\/a>, the necklace was gifted to Taylor by her then-husband, Richard Burton\u2014but its history stretches all the way back to the Mughal Empire of the 1600s.<\/p>\n

Attending the movie premiere in Paris, France, Robbie made heads turn with a Victorian-inspired 100-carat diamond choker necklace made by celebrity jeweler Lorriane Schwartz, per People<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Wuthering Heights hits theatres on Feb. 13, just in time for Valentine<\/a>‘s Day.<\/p>\n
