Don McLean is celebrating love.<\/p>\n
The \u201cAmerican Pie\u201d singer, 80, marked 10 years of dating his much-younger girlfriend Paris Dylan, 31, in an Instagram tribute<\/a> shared last week.<\/p>\n The post featured a photo of the couple in May 2024 when they attended Joe Biden\u2019s\u00a0White House\u00a0state dinner for Kenyan President William Ruto.<\/p>\n Don McLean and his girlfriend Paris Dylan. Instagram\/ Don McLean<\/p>\n McLean wore a black suit and tie and a pair of sunglasses in the snapshot, while Dylan, who had her arm around her man, rocked a pink blazer dress.<\/p>\n \u201cHappy anniversary Paris,\u201d McLean wrote in his caption. \u201cWe\u2019ve been together for more than 10 years and you are the love of my life.\u201d<\/p>\n Dylan commented, \u201clove of my life,\u201d with a red heart emoji.<\/p>\n McLean is 48 years older than Dylan, who turns 32 later this month.<\/p>\n Don McLean and Paris Dylan with a dog. Instagram\/ Don McLean<\/p>\n The couple met in 2016 when Dylan \u2014 who gained notoriety on the MTV reality show \u201cCatfish\u201d<\/a> \u2014 was hired to run McLean\u2019s social media accounts. They went public with their relationship shortly before Thanksgiving later that year. <\/p>\n Dylan later made their romance Instagram official with a birthday tribute<\/a> to McLean in May 2018.<\/p>\n \u201cHappy birthday my baby, my beauty, love of my life, my everything,\u201d she wrote alongside the photo of them smiling and hugging.<\/p>\n During a 2021 interview with People<\/a>, McLean called Dylan \u201cthe most wonderful person that I have ever known.\u201d <\/p>\n Don McLean and Paris Dylan with actor Ed Begley Jr. Instagram\/ Don McLean<\/p>\n Don McLean and Paris Dylan at the Grand Ole Opry. He shares two children, daughter Jackie<\/a> and son Wyatt, with his second wife.<\/p>\n The singer\u2019s marriage to Shnier imploded when he was arrested and charged<\/a>\u00a0with misdemeanor domestic violence in 2016.
