{"id":458018,"date":"2026-02-09T10:16:24","date_gmt":"2026-02-09T10:16:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/458018\/"},"modified":"2026-02-09T10:16:24","modified_gmt":"2026-02-09T10:16:24","slug":"tng-ewallet-gets-new-my50-savings-tracker-additional-rapid-passes-coming-soon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/458018\/","title":{"rendered":"TNG eWallet Gets New My50 Savings Tracker; Additional Rapid Passes Coming Soon"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Prasarana Malaysia Berhad has launched a new My50 Pass Savings Tracker feature on the Touch \u2019n Go eWallet (TNG eWallet) mobile app. The company also announced that two additional <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lowyat.net\/2025\/376380\/rapid-kl-to-revise-travel-pass-prices-from-january-2026-my50-unaffected\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Rapid travel passes<\/a> will be made available on the app soon.<\/p>\n<p>The Savings Tracker is available to users who subscribe to the My50 Pass <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lowyat.net\/2025\/356942\/my50-coming-to-tng-nfc-cards-1-july-2025\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">via the Travel Pass mini program<\/a> in the TNG eWallet app. The feature shows users how much they save by using the My50 Pass, based on a comparison with standard per-trip fares. Prasarana said the tracker gives users a clearer view of the value of the My50 Pass and helps them better assess whether the monthly pass offers cost savings based on their travel patterns.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-380753 perfmatters-lazy\" alt=\"tng ewallet gets my50 tracker new rapid passes\" width=\"2000\" height=\"1500\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/tng-ewallet-my50-tracker-additional-rapid-passes_02.jpg\"  data-\/><\/p>\n<p>In short, it gives you an overview of how much you would have spent on each trip if you didn\u2019t use My50 for your public transport needs. Users can also activate the passes directly onto NFC-enabled Touch \u2019n Go cards via the TNG eWallet app, similar to the My50 Pass.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-380754 perfmatters-lazy\" alt=\"tng ewallet gets my50 tracker new rapid passes\" width=\"2000\" height=\"1500\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/tng-ewallet-my50-tracker-additional-rapid-passes_03.jpg\"  data-\/><\/p>\n<p>At the time of writing, the Rapid City Pass and Rapid Kembara Pass do not yet appear on the Travel Pass page. However, the app now displays a new \u201ccoming soon\u201d tab alongside the My50 option, indicating that both passes may be added there.
