\n\tGood news for fans of Grey\u2019s Anatomy and the 9-1-1<\/a> universe as ABC<\/a> is moving up the season premieres for three of its drama series.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Disney-owned network is moving up the return of Grey\u2019s Anatomy and 9-1-1 as well as the launch of new series 9-1-1: Nashville<\/a> by a week.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe three shows were set to debut on Thursday October 16 but will instead now premiere on Thursday October 9.<\/p>\n

\n\tRyan Murphy\u2019s flagship 9-1-1 will air its ninth season at 8pm, new spinoff 9-1-1: Nashville airs at 9pm and Grey\u2019s Anatomy, the longest-running medical drama\u00a0on television, will premiere Season 22 at 10pm.<\/p>\n

\n\tNo other changes to its schedule<\/a>, which also includes breakout drama High Potential returning for its second season, the return of The Golden Bachelor and returning comedies\u00a0Shifting Gears\u00a0and\u00a0Abbott Elementary.<\/p>\n

\n\t9-1-1: Nashville is an action procedural about heroic first responders, which also weaves in a family saga of power and glamour set in Tennessee. It stars Chris O\u2019Donnell as Captain Don Sharpe, along with Jessica Capshaw, LeAnn Rimes and Kimberly Williams-Paisley. The show is produced by 20th Television in association with\u00a0Ryan Murphy\u00a0Television. Murphy, Minear and Rashad Raisani will serve as executive producers and writers, with O\u2019Donnell, Brad Buecker, Brad Falchuk and Bassett also executive producing.<\/p>\n

\n\tMurphy is also obviously behind 9-1-1, which is heading into its third season on ABC after airing on Fox for six seasons. The show stars Angela Bassett,\u00a0Peter Krause,\u00a0Oliver Stark,\u00a0Jennifer Love Hewitt,\u00a0Ryan Guzman,\u00a0Aisha Hinds,\u00a0Kenneth Choi, and Gavin McHugh. Created by Murphy, Brad Falchuk and Tim Minear, it is produced 20th Television in association with\u00a0Ryan Murphy\u00a0Television and Brad Falchuk Teley-Vision with Minear as showrunner. Exec produces also include Bassett, Krause, John J. Gray, Brad Buecker, Lyndsey Beaulieu, Ted Griffen and Robert M. Williams.<\/p>\n

\n\tGrey\u2019s Anatomy is checking into Season 22. The season will consist of 18 episodes and comes after an explosive Season 21 finale cliffhanger<\/a>. It stars Ellen Pompeo, Chandra Wilson, James Pickens Jr., Kevin McKidd, Caterina Scorsone, Camilla Luddington, Jason George, Kim Raver, Chis Carmack, Anthony Hill, Alexis Floyd, Harry Shum Jr., Adelaide Kane and Niko Terho with Debbie Allen, Scott Speedman, Jaicy Elliot and Trevor Jackson recurring.
