Officers say a man was pronounced dead at the scene. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Sioux City Police say the victim\u2019s name is not being released at this time, pending the notification of family members. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">A release from the Sioux City Police Department states, \u201cPreliminary information indicates this was an isolated targeted event.
