\t<\/p>\n \t<\/a> \t<\/a> \t<\/a> \t<\/a> \t<\/a> \t<\/a> <\/a> \t\t\t \t<\/a><\/p>\n Updated 2\/11 at 9:51 p.m. EST.<\/p>\n The Philadelphia Police Department arrested a Temple student, Ergi Mujo, Feb. 9. Mujo is faced with nine different charges: harassment, simple assault, theft, robbery, terroristic threats, reckless endangerment, receiving stolen property, unlawful restraint and criminal mischief.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n Mujo\u2019s preliminary hearing is set for Feb. 25 at 9 a.m. at the Philadelphia Municipal Court. His unsecured bail is currently set at $75,000.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n \u201cTemple University is aware of the arrest of one of its\u00a0students,\u00a0who has been placed on interim suspension under the university\u2019s Student Conduct Code, which applies to conduct both on and off campus,\u201d the university wrote in a statement to The Temple News.\u00a0\u201cWhile suspended, this individual is\u00a0prohibited from accessing campus, university buildings, or classes.\u00a0Given that this is an\u00a0ongoing\u00a0criminal investigation, the university\u00a0cannot\u00a0comment further.\u201d<\/p>\n Mujo is currently a senior business management major and was the vice president of health and safety for Temple\u2019s Interfraternity Council from December 2024 to November 2025. He is a member of Temple\u2019s chapter of the Sigma Alpha Mu fraternity.\u00a0<\/p>\n \t<\/p>\n \t<\/a> \t<\/a> \t<\/a> \t<\/a> \t<\/a> \t<\/a> <\/a> \t\t\t \t<\/a><\/p>\n
