Jessica Alba<\/a> has finalized her divorce from Cash Warren, one year after she filed to dissolve their marriage of nearly two decades.<\/p>\n

The former couple, who did not have a prenuptial agreement when they eloped in 2008, have agreed not to pay each other alimony.<\/p>\n

They will share joint custody of their daughters Honor, 17, and Haven, 14, and their son Hayes, eight, according to court documents viewed by TMZ<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Warren, 46, will receive a $3 million payout as part of the division of their assets, which include a $10 million Beverly Hills mansion they acquired in 2017.<\/p>\n

The sum will be doled out to him in two non-taxable payments of $1.5 million apiece, one to be made now and the next one in a year.\u00a0<\/p>\n

When Alba, 44, filed for divorce last February, she had asked to have her maiden name legally restored, a task that has now been completed.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The Daily Mail has contacted Alba’s representative for comment.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Alba’s counsel was the top-flight Hollywood divorce lawyer Laura Wasser, whose celebrity clientele has included Kim Kardashian, Kevin Costner, Angelina Jolie, Ariana Grande, Jennifer Lopez and Johnny Depp<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Meanwhile Warren, a former movie producer whose father is Hill Street Blues star Michael Warren, was represented by Adam Lipsic.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Alba filed for divorce last February on grounds of irreconcilable differences, with her and Warren both giving the date of separation as December 27, 2024.<\/a><\/p>\n

At the time, sources said that their divorce was ‘extremely amicable’ in spite of the vast amount of money involved and the lack of a prenuptial agreement, per TMZ.<\/p>\n

Along with her acting career, Alba is the co-founder of the beauty and baby products brand The Honest Company, which has a current market cap of\u00a0$238.11 million and in which she holds a 6% stake despite having stepped down as chief creative officer<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Warren has launched a successful business venture of his own, a socks and underwear line called Pair of Thieves, which at the time of the divorce filing was reported to be worth about $100 million.<\/p>\n

Alba announced their separation in January 2025, writing on Instagram that she\u00a0had ‘been on a journey of self realization and transformation for years – both as an individual and in partnership with Cash.’\u00a0<\/p>\n

They filed for divorce the following month, and the pair of them have since embarked on highly-publicized rebound romances with younger paramours.<\/p>\n

‘The age difference [with their younger partners] is not a big deal,’ a source said after news of their new relationships went public, via Us Weekly<\/a>.<\/p>\n

‘They think it’s common in Hollywood, so there’s no issue. They are cool with each other dating. They’re happy for each other. There’s no negativity or bad feelings.’<\/p>\n

The estranged spouses were spotted this past autumn having what appeared to be a chilly reunion as they attended one of Haven’s tennis matches.<\/p>\n

‘Jessica did not acknowledge Cash when he arrived and ignored him the entire match,’ an eyewitness exclusively informed the Daily Mail.<\/p>\n

Alba and Warren first met on the set of the flop 2004 movie Fantastic Four, where she was one of the leads and he served as assistant director.<\/p>\n

‘It just wasn\u2019t making me feel good,’ he said. ‘I was always a pretty confident person\u2026and next thing you know, I\u2019m looking up and just feeling jealous all the time.’\u00a0<\/p>\n

During their time apart, he decided that ‘if we ever got back together, I made a promise to myself to channel that in a different way, into a more productive way.’<\/p>\n

In 2021, Alba offered a telling reflection on the state of her marriage, saying: ‘It\u2019s all rosy for two and a half years, but then after that you become roommates.’<\/p>\n

She noted that after 17 years together, they had ‘the friendship, the comfort of: \u201cYou\u2019re not going anywhere,\u201d and so sometimes we don\u2019t treat those people the best, right?’ on Katherine Schwarzenegger’s podcast Before, During and After Baby<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘You don\u2019t consider their feelings in the way that you would consider other people\u2019s feelings. So that is something that I think is a constant, it\u2019s a constant one to work on, because you\u2019re at different places, right?’ she added.<\/p>\n
