{"id":467749,"date":"2026-02-14T06:38:11","date_gmt":"2026-02-14T06:38:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/467749\/"},"modified":"2026-02-14T06:38:11","modified_gmt":"2026-02-14T06:38:11","slug":"barcelona-star-contacted-over-summer-move-to-atletico-madrid","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/467749\/","title":{"rendered":"Barcelona star contacted over summer move to Atl\u00e9tico\u00a0Madrid"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\t\t\t\t\t3<\/p>\n<p>The brass at La Liga giants Atl\u00e9tico\u00a0Madrid are giving serious consideration to a summer move for Barcelona star Robert Lewandowski.<\/p>\n<p>This of course comes amid the ongoing uncertainty surrounding the future of the Pole.<\/p>\n<p>Frontman Lewandowski is for his part, as things stand, primed to depart Barcelona upon the close of the campaign.<\/p>\n<p>The former Bayern Munich man is due to see his contract terms at the Camp Nou expire, meaning he will be available as a free agent.<\/p>\n<p>Less than six months out from as much, rival clubs are now fully within their rights to touch base with Lewandowski\u2019s entourage, to gauge interest in a joining of forces for next season.<\/p>\n<p>And as alluded to above, this week, one such suitor are understood to have done precisely that.<\/p>\n<p>As per a report from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fichajes.net\/noticias\/bombazo-atletico-toca-lewandowski-20260213.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Fichajes<\/a>, citing El Desmarque:<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Atl\u00e9tico de Madrid have already made a move.
