<\/p>\nSlovenia striker Benjamin Sesko has recently spoken about his experiences playing under Manchester United interim manager Michael Carrick.<\/p>\n
Since Carrick took over as interim head coach, Sesko has yet to start a Premier League game. The 22-year-old forward remained on the bench during the 2-0 win over Manchester City, which was Carrick\u2019s first game in charge.<\/p>\n

Sesko did make appearances in the following four league matches and managed to leave his mark each time. He came off the bench earlier this month to score an injury-time winner against Fulham at Old Trafford.<\/p>\n
He made another important contribution recently, scoring a late equaliser in a 1-1 draw with West Ham.<\/p>\n

Benjamin Sesko was a guest on Manchester United\u2019s official podcast, Inside Carrington, where he was asked about his experience working with Michael Carrick.<\/p>\n
The former RB Salzburg forward was quick to highlight not only Carrick\u2019s impact on the first team but also the strong influence of the entire coaching staff.<\/p>\n

\u201cFirst of all, he\u2019s an amazing person,\u201d Sesko said on Inside Carrington.<\/p>\n
\u201cThat\u2019s already meaning really a lot, but as well, a really good coach. And not just him, the whole staff that he has with him, they\u2019re working unbelievably.\u201d<\/p>\n

Since taking over as interim manager, Carrick has made several notable additions to the Manchester United coaching staff, including former England assistant Steve Holland.<\/p>\n
According to Sesko, Carrick and his team are focused on giving players detailed feedback, helping them understand their roles more clearly.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey\u2019re giving all the details that you need to improve, to get better, to know what to do in the game because it\u2019s important,\u201d he said. \u201cAnd they\u2019re always good with communications [sic], as he and the other staff.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cSo I\u2019m really happy that he came here and also happy with what we have achieved around it.\u201d<\/p>\n
The Slovenian striker has scored seven goals and added one assist in 23 appearances for Manchester United across all competitions in his first season at Old Trafford.<\/p>\n
