Raiders

Fernando Mendoza, QB, Indiana

Klint Kubiak coaches the national champion Heisman winner and Tom Brady counsels him. The perfect rookie quarterback cocoon.

2. Jets

Arvell Reese, LB, Ohio State

He’ll make Aaron Glenn a better defensive play-caller with his explosiveness rushing the passer and has off-the-ball prowess as well.

Ohio State linebacker Arvell Reese during the CFP game vs. Miami. AP

3. Cardinals

Spencer Fano, OT, Utah

Rookie coach Mike LaFleur will crave a bookend for Paris Johnson for his TBD quarterback to replace RT Kelvin Beachum.

4. Titans

David Bailey, LB, Texas Tech

If coach Robert Saleh signed off on Will McDonald while with the Jets, he’ll welcome the draft’s best pure pass rusher to take heat off DT Jeffery Simmons. Offensive coordinator Brian Daboll doesn’t have to talk GM Mike Borgonzi into drafting a quarterback now that he inherits Cam Ward.

5. Giants

Caleb Downs, S, Ohio State

Playmaker, culture-setter, leader. Arguably best player in the draft. John Harbaugh can’t resist his new Kyle Hamilton. Even Joe Schoen, Mr. Positional Value, is high-fiving everyone in the war room.

The Giants land Ohio State’s star safety in this mock draft. Rick Osentoski-Imagn Images

6. Browns

Francis Mauigoa, OT, Miami (Fla.)

Coach Todd Monken will be watching most of his offensive line heading to free agency or retirement, and will jump at the chance to land this mauler to help give Shedeur Sanders a chance.

7. Commanders

Carnell Tate, WR, Ohio State

Terry McLaurin and Deebo Samuel are both 30, so here’s a young deep threat for new coordinator David Blough to help Jayden Daniels rebound from a sophomore slump.

8. Saints

Jeremiyah Love, RB, Notre Dame

Alvin Kamara turns 31 in July, so a dual-threat thoroughbred for Tyler Shough.

9. Chiefs

Rueben Bain Jr., DE, Miami (Fla.)

A disruptive, maniacal power broker for defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo, and help for Chris Jones and George Karlaftis.

10. Bengals

Sonny Styles, LB, Ohio State

Who are Dey to pass on a 6-foot-5, 243-pound tackling presence like this stud?

11. Dolphins

Mansoor Delane, CB, LSU

Free agent Rasul Douglas turns 32 in August and Storm Duck has started four games, so rookie coach Jeff Hafley snares a blue-chip cover corner.

12. Cowboys

Jermod McCoy, CB, Tennessee

Jerry Jones is desperate for secondary help with Trevon Diggs gone and Daron Bland rehabbing a major foot injury, and he’ll be more willing than anyone to gamble on a player who missed the 2025 season with a torn ACL.

13. Rams

Makai Lemon, WR, USC

His comp is Amon-Ra St. Brown, and now Sean McVay has a difference-making third amigo to go with Puka Nacua and Davante Adams for Matthew Stafford’s likely last hurrah.

14. Ravens

Jordyn Tyson, WR, Arizona State

An injury-plagued career allows him to slide, and rookie coach Jesse Minter collects a 6-2, 200-pound complement to Zay Flowers for Lamar Jackson.

15. Buccaneers

Cashius Howell, DE, Texas A&M

A 6-2, 248-pound pass rush bookend for YaYa Diaby to replace Haason Reddick.

16. Jets

Denzel Boston, WR, Washington

A 6-4, 210-pound weapon to complement Garrett Wilson for the next franchise quarterback.

Denzel Boston could form a nice combo with Garrett Wilson. AP

17. Lions

Vega Ioane, OL, Penn State

A kneecap-biting interior lineman who will excite Dan Campbell and can replace Graham Glasgow should he retire.

18. Vikings

Colton Hood, CB, Tennessee

Isaiah Rodgers will be an unrestricted free agent in 2027 and defensive coordinator Brian Flores will like this 6-0, 195-pounder with 10 pass breakups last season.

19. Panthers

CJ Allen, LB, Georgia

A 6-1, 235-pound, three-down backer to replace unrestricted free agent Christian Roseboom.

20. Cowboys

Akheem Mesidor, DE, Miami (Fla.)

Jerry Jones needs a pass rusher, so you really think he’ll care that this 6-3, 280-pounder turns 25 in April?

21. Steelers

Ty Simpson, QB, Alabama

Aaron Rodgers just might want to give it one more shot with coach Mike McCarthy, so a redshirt quarterback makes sense.

22. Chargers

Lee Hunter, DT, Texas Tech

A 6-4, 330-pound mountain nicknamed “The Fridge” would be greeted by Jim Harbaugh with an enthusiasm unknown to mankind.

23. Eagles

Blake Miller, OT, Clemson

GM Howie Roseman plans for life after 36-year-old Lane Johnson with this 6-6, 315-pound RT.

24. Browns

Keldric Faulk, DE, Auburn

Tempted to double up with an offensive lineman, but free agency will be an option, so instead a 6-6, 285-pound bookend for Myles Garrett who can also transition inside.

25. Bears

Emmanuel McNeil-Warren, S, Toledo

An athletic and versatile 6-2, 205-pounder, since safeties Kevin Byard III and Jaquan Brisker are UFAs.

26. Bills

T.J. Parker, DE, Clemson

New coach Joe Brady might consider a new weapon for Josh Allen, but let’s give him a 6-3, 265-pound pass rusher with A.J. Epenesa and Joey Bosa heading to free agency.

27. 49ers

Caleb Lomu, OT, Utah

A 6-6, 308-pounder who didn’t allow a sack in 2025 and can be the heir apparent to LT Trent Williams, who turns 38 in July.

28. Texans

Peter Woods, DT, Clemson

An explosive 6-3, 310-pound run-stuffer inside Danielle Hunter and Will Anderson Jr.

29. Rams

Avieon Terrell, CB, Clemson

A 5-11, 180-pounder who will need to get stronger, but another Peanut Puncher to join LB Nate Landman can help at the nickel right away.

30. Broncos

Kenyon Sadiq, TE, Oregon

A reunion with Bo Nix and a 6-3, 245-pound toy for mad scientist Sean Payton.

31. Patriots

Monroe Freeling, OT, Georgia

RT Morgan Moses turns 35 next month, and you saw how rookie LT Will Campbell performed in the Super Bowl, right?

32. Seahawks

Brandon Cisse, CB, South Carolina

Elite athlete with 4.45 speed who might need some development with Josh Jobe and Tariq Woolen as looming free agents.

New Giants coach John Harbaugh doesn’t care that just two safeties — Sean Taylor (Washington, 2004) and Eric…

[67
28326,68073,399,119189,398,396,397,977,5702,349,193070,1776,99,3350
0":"post-468734","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-ncaa-football","8":"tag-aaron-glenn","9":"tag-fernando-mendoza","10":"tag-football","11":"tag-john-harbaugh","12":"tag-ncaa","13":"tag-ncaa-football","14":"tag-ncaafootball","15":"tag-new-york-giants","16":"tag-new-york-jets","17":"tag-nfl","18":"tag-nfl-mock-draft","19":"tag-ohio-state-buckeyes","20":"tag-sports","21":"tag-washington-huskies
["GET
