{"id":468829,"date":"2026-02-14T20:27:22","date_gmt":"2026-02-14T20:27:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/468829\/"},"modified":"2026-02-14T20:27:22","modified_gmt":"2026-02-14T20:27:22","slug":"coheres-240m-year-sets-stage-for-ipo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/468829\/","title":{"rendered":"Cohere&#8217;s $240M year sets stage for IPO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p id=\"speakable-summary\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As the top AI labs like <a href=\"https:\/\/techcrunch.com\/2025\/10\/09\/google-ramps-up-its-ai-in-the-workplace-ambitions-with-gemini-enterprise\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Google<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/techcrunch.com\/2026\/01\/09\/anthropic-adds-allianz-to-growing-list-of-enterprise-wins\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Anthropic<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/techcrunch.com\/2025\/12\/08\/openai-boasts-enterprise-win-days-after-internal-code-red-on-google-threat\/?_thumbnail_id=3073655\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">OpenAI<\/a> chase enterprise adoption, Canadian AI startup Cohere has been quietly cleaning up.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The startup told investors in a memo that it surpassed its $200 million annual recurring revenue target in 2025, hitting $240 million with quarter-over-quarter growth of more than 50% throughout the year, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2026\/02\/13\/ai-startup-cohere-revenue-ipo.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">per CNBC<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cohere was founded in 2019 and has the <a href=\"https:\/\/techcrunch.com\/2025\/09\/24\/cohere-hits-7b-valuation-a-month-after-its-last-raise-partners-with-amd\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">backing of enterprise tech investors<\/a> like Nvidia, AMD, and Salesforce.
