There are no architectural details included in regards to outdoor spaces, but the permit does specify that the units will comprise one duplex-down and one duplex up. No garage or surface parking is mentioned for now.<\/p>\n<p>A demolition permit for the existing home has been pending in the Chicago Data Portal since December 4 of last year, and upon its release, Recon Excavating will be the demo contractor.
