It usually reads something like this: \u201cI\u2019ve been learning with Rabbi Gordon every morning for months. I feel like I know him. I just looked him up, and I\u2019m in shock\u2014I had no idea he passed away years ago.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This week marks the 10th yahrtzeit of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chabad.org\/multimedia\/video_cdo\/aid\/903523\/jewish\/Rabbi-Gordon.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Rabbi Yehoshua B. (\u201cJosh\u201d) Gordon<\/a>. Yet, the confusion is understandable. For hundreds of thousands of students worldwide who log on to Chabad.org and a cluster of Chabad.org apps to study Chumash, Tanya, and Rambam, he is still very much alive.<\/p>\n<p>A new documentary released this week by Chabad.org, <a href=\"http:\/\/chabad.org\/7210402\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">The Joshniks<\/a>, explores the unique story of the continued impact and legacy of Rabbi Gordon. While Rabbi Gordon\u2019s classroom is global, the film focuses intimately on a community of learners in Port Washington, New York.
